How much do you charge for carpet cleaning?
We charge a flat $49 per room. Stairs are $4 per step and hallways start at $19 depending on size. Pet enzyme treatment with sanitizer is $20. A minimum service charge of $149 applies to each visit — see our full price list.
Will the price I'm quoted change on arrival?
Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. No surprise upsells, no hidden fees — that's our promise.
Can you remove most stains from my carpet?
Most common stains — food, drink, dirt and pet accidents — come out completely with our commercial-grade equipment. Some older or dye-based stains may be permanent, but we'll always tell you honestly what to expect.
When will the carpet be dry and ready to use?
Our hot water extraction process removes more moisture as it cleans, so carpets are typically dry within 4–6 hours.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for kids & pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, family-friendly cleaning products — no harsh chemicals. If anyone in the home has a specific allergy or sensitivity, tell us when you book and we will work around it.
